Why We Built This Site
Arkansas provides public court access, but Cleveland County does not have one public portal that proves whether every warrant is active. Search ARCourts can reveal case and event details, yet it states that its results are not official court records. Cleveland County District Court, Rison Department, is the lower-court contact for traffic, misdemeanor, local-ordinance, and related matters. Brandy Herring, Cleveland County Circuit Clerk, keeps circuit filings. The Cleveland County Sheriff's Office handles service and custody questions. ACIC and NCIC wanted-person systems are restricted to authorized criminal-justice users. We bring those contacts and limits together so a reader can start with the proper public channel, then verify the result with the office that controls it.

What We Cannot Do
This is a privately run reference site. We have no connection to an Arkansas court, sheriff's office, or state agency. Our role has firm limits:
- We cannot run an official warrant check or confirm whether a warrant exists for anyone
- We cannot remove, recall, quash, or clear a warrant on any system
- We cannot post bond or accept any kind of payment toward a warrant
- We cannot arrange a surrender, a court date, or a warrant walk-through
- We cannot give legal advice or tell you how a specific warrant applies to you
- We cannot guarantee that every phone number, fee, or warrant listing on this site is current right now
Only the court that issued the warrant or the sheriff's warrant unit that holds it can confirm whether a warrant exists and whether it has been recalled or cleared. We can point you to the right office, but the answer has to come from them.
Search Partners
Third-party providers power the search boxes that appear on some pages. They control their services, prices, and returned data. A paid signup reached through one of those tools may generate a referral fee that supports free access to this reference. We neither control their results nor treat them as an official Cleveland County warrant check. Current status must come from the issuing court or the Sheriff's Office.
