Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name or date of birth entered into a search tool is sent directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its results. Cleveland County Warrant Records does not retain or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
An email may be kept as long as needed to answer it. Messages remain within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, the servers may record routine technical details about that visit:
- The IP address assigned to your device
- Which browser you are using and its version
- Your device type and operating system
- The pages you visited and how long you stayed on each
- The site that sent you here, if any
- Timestamps for each page view
Cookies and Analytics
Cookies are small files placed on a device. They help show which pages receive traffic and how visitors move through the site. Analytics providers combine that usage data. Browser controls can block cookies, although some functions may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
- Keeping the site up, running, and loading quickly
- Sending your search requests to the right partner service
- Figuring out which pages people find useful and which need work
- Tracking down and fixing technical issues
- Showing ads that may line up with your interests
No Warrant Data on File
No database of warrants or personal warrant-record information is hosted, maintained, compiled, or sold here. The site publishes general directions to Cleveland County District Court, the Cleveland County Circuit Clerk, Search ARCourts, and the Sheriff's Office. Arkansas has no public statewide warrant portal in the sources reviewed. Cleveland County Warrant Records is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and visitor data is not assembled into consumer reports or third-party dossiers.
Third-Party Search Partners
Search boxes on this site are powered by outside companies. Anything you enter into those tools is processed under the partner's own privacy policy, not this one. Those partners set their own data-retention and sharing practices, and we do not control them. Review the partner's policy before submitting a search.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to the Sheriff's Office directory, Arkansas court resources, legal-aid sources, or outside search tools. Once a visitor follows such a link, the destination's privacy policy controls. Review it before sharing personal details.
Certain advertising partners may track your activity across sites to show targeted ads. That tracking runs on their systems, not ours.
Who Might See Your Data
We do not sell personal data. Some information may end up with:
- Search partners that handle queries you run on our site
- Analytics services we use to track traffic and performance
- Ad networks that place ads on our pages
- Law enforcement or government bodies when a valid legal order requires it
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable security practices are used to protect collected information. No internet service is fully secure, however, and an absolute guarantee against unauthorized access cannot be made.
Users Under 18
The service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 and will delete such data when a valid request identifies it.
Your Data Rights
Applicable privacy and consumer-protection laws may provide added rights. The Arkansas Freedom of Information Act, Ark. Code Ann. § 25-19-105, governs access to qualifying public records held by government custodians, not private-site visitor data. Subject to applicable law, you may:
- Ask for a copy of what we have on file about you
- Have us fix information that is wrong
- Request that we erase your data
- Opt out of certain kinds of data processing
Updates to This Policy
